Terms and Conditions for Twenty Clicks LLC Instagram Giveaway Contest as of 03/01/2024

    1    Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

    •    Reside in United States

    •    Are 18 years of age or older

    •    Are not employees of Twenty Clicks LLC or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.

    2    Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on Instagram. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, or tagging friends. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 02/29/2024 and ends on 03/30/2024 at 11:59 pm MST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.

    3    Prize: The winner will receive $25 Amazon Gift Card. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Twenty Clicks LLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.

    4    Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by Instagram post on the @twenty_clicks official page within 5 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 2 days, another winner will be selected. Winner MUST be following @twenty_clicks at the time of drawing.

    5    Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Twenty Clicks LLC to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

    6    Liability: Twenty Clicks LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Twenty Clicks LLC and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

    7    Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of The State Arizona, United States.

    8    No purchase necessary to enter. Twenty Clicks LLC will NOT contact you requesting any form of payment or other personal information.
